Is the price quoted for the whole room or per person and is there anything extra to pay?

The prices quoted are for the whole room NOT per person.You may have to pay extra for A/C and Safe Boxes in some hotels. Please look at hotel information before you book.

What are yor Check in / Check out times?

Your accommodation is available after 12pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on day of departure. The maids need this time to prepare the accommodation properly for incoming guests. However you can have late check out if available for extra cost.

Which is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Dalaman which is just 35 minutes away. Oludenizguide.com can arrange your transport from airport to your hotel.

Which currencies do you accept and is a personal cheque ok?

A personal cheque is fine (£sterling) for paying deposit but you have to pay either cash or by credit card when you arrive at the hotel. You can pay with other currencies once you arrive at your hotel.

Are the hotels suitable for children?

Yes they are - some more so than others. If you are concerned, send us an email and we will give you an individual and honest opinion on your requirements.

Do you offer Baby Sitting?

Unfortunatly we do not offer baby sitting at the moment but we are looking for a company.

Maid service

Maid service is in most hotels are daily, but your linens will change maximum every 3-4 days if not daily.

Do I need to bring a Hair Dryer, Iron etc?

No, you do not as most hotels have hair dryers in the rooms and can lend you irons and ironing boards.

Is there a telephone?

Yes, there are telephones in every room in most hotels where you can make international calls, but the prices varies on hotels pricing policy.

How can I connect to the Internet?

There are many Internet cafes in Ölüdeniz as well as most hotels provide internet connection in their receptions for a little charge.We also now have a few hotels with free WiFi broadband, at these hotels you will need to bring your own laptop.

Are the hotels heated in the winter?

Most of the hotels are closed in the winter time(between November to May) and the few remaining open have winter heating, those hotels that have air-conditioning units also give heat in the winter.

Is there a discount for longer stays?

Depends on the season but you can always ask!

Will I have a local contact?

Yes, you will be provided with the name and local phone number of our representative who you can call if you have any unforeseen problems or if you require advice on anything.

Can you organise flights?
